Elastoseal is a simple, efficient and economical roofing system, ideal for industrial, commercial and domestic flat roofs.
Guaranteed for twenty years, Elastoseal is exceptionally weather resistant - decades of exposure to wind, water, sun and ice will not have any significant effect on it's impermeability, strength or elasticity.
Elastoseal can be pre-fabricated in panels up to 2,000 m2 in size using a hot-bond vulcanising machine, this makes the system quick to install.
Elastoseal can be laid on any deck, in many cases on top of the old roof covering, thus avoiding expensive stripping and keeping disruption to a minimum.
